Provide expert guidance, advice and assistance to customers in a manner that exceeds expectations and written project objectives. Proactively manage a large portfolio of projects across multiple technologies and customers.

Accommodate customer schedules and business requirements, including up to 20% overnight travel, as well as night and weekend work.
Maintain expertise and manufacturer certifications at the highest levels across assigned and relevant, adjacent technologies.
